Process
We are so confident on our ability to continue our 100% success track record in returning lost profits our client's bottom-line, that we take all the risk up front with no up front fee or retainer. Following is a brief summary of how recovered profits are found:
ASSESSMENT. We start by determining a baseline of operational expenditures by evaluating all current service & equipment contracts, leases and/or other ongoing purchasing contracts. The Client then verifies that what is represented is "actual dollars being spent".
RECOMMENDATION. After determining the baseline, we will negotiate and or restructure existing or new solutions to provide the client with "best of breed" options to meet and/or exceed your determined needs while reducing current costs. We provide a "hard dollar" comparison between the baseline and each proposed solution. At that time The CLIENT has TOTAL CONTROL over which (if any) of the proposed solutions will be implemented.
IMPLEMENTATION. If the Client chooses to implement an ROI provided solution; ROI is, at the time of commitment, entitled to 50% of the savings amount received by Client as a result of adopting any of our proposed solutions. From that point, the Client will contract directly with, and be serviced by, the selected vendor(s)/provider(s). ROI will continue to service the Client by maintaining relationships and monitoring the ongoing satisfaction / delivery of all proposed solutions.
Based upon our experience almost all businesses and organizations, regardless of their size or perceived efficiency, will benefit from a cost recovery analysis of these common areas:
